Cascara is a tea that is created from the processed coffee cherry. Brewed by steeping the dehydrated cherry, this cascara creates a delicious and light hot tea! I’m reminded of a fruit Roll-Up or nice light cranberry. My wife puts a dab of honey in hers for some added sweetness. Packaged in an 8 ounce bag, this tea will make many, many servings. Brew guide; 20 grams of cascara, add 300 grams of 203 degree water, steep for 4 minutes, pour/strain and enjoy!
